CS Action and Response Management™

CS Action and Response Management allows CBORD’s CS Gold® campus ID card system to quickly notify responsible parties of alarm conditions via email or phone. An integral part of a total campus security system, it can also lock and unlock doors, activate alarm functions, and escalate according to the action plans created by security staff.

CS Action and Response Management goes far beyond simply monitoring alarm activity—it allows you and your system to respond rapidly to events as they occur. Actions can be initiated the moment alarms meet programmed conditions for escalation, rather than waiting for intervention by campus personnel. Operators spend their energy making decisions, rather than wading through and responding to alarms manually.

Configurable alarm actions:

• Jump to maps for alarms
• Context-sensitive phone messaging
• Email or paging of security responders, with escalation to supervisors/management if they do not respond
• Setting or clearing of output relays (horns, lights, and annunciation devices)
• Arming or disarming of other alarm inputs
