CS Gold Web Suite

The CS Gold Web Suite refers to the wide range of online functionality CS Gold offers students and university employees. CS Gold AdminWeb provides access to the majority of the CS Gold GUI, along with nightly reports, which may be printed or downloaded from any PC with Internet access. ManageMyID™ is a CBORD®-hosted account-management website allowing balance inquiries, transaction histories, lost or stolen card reporting, and online deposits (additional charge).

CS Gold WebCard Center is a customer-hosted online tool that further enhances online convenience by enabling students to pay for and reserve laundry services online, as well as manage campus card accounts via a customizable student-facing website.

• CS Gold AdminWeb allows nightly reports to be printed or downloaded from the Internet. Authentication is accomplished either through Oracle or through Campus, with privileges controlled by the individual or the User Group. Nightly reports can be configured by setting up these options:
  
  • Organize by date/report
  • Alter views
  • Filter out reports that have already been downloaded
  • Fetch all reports that have not been viewed
  Future functionality will include ad hoc reports.
   
• ManageMyID provides CBORD-hosted online account management capabilities for students. Students may process balance inquiries, view transaction histories, report cards lost or stolen, and even make online deposits to their campus card accounts (additional charge).
   
• CS Gold WebCard Center further enhances online convenience by enabling students to pay for and reserve laundry services online, as well as manage campus card accounts with functionality for balance inquiries, transaction histories, and lost or stolen card reporting. (Online deposits coming soon!) The CS Gold WebCard Center is a customer-hosted application.
