CS Access™ Link

CS Access Link is a powerful data exchange between Odyssey HMS™/ Odyssey PCS™ and CS Access™, CBORD’s door access control system designed specifically for the college and university marketplace. The integration makes for a seamless administrative experience from start to finish.

Picture this: An incoming freshman applies for housing online, and her assignment is processed via Odyssey HMS. She arrives on-campus and heads to the card office, where she receives her very own fully functioning campus card with privileges set by Odyssey PCS. She then heads back to her residence hall and presents her card at the access readers on the front of her building and on her room door. She is immediately granted access to both, thanks to the privileges automatically assigned to her card based on her room assignment. From start to finish, CBORD® makes it that simple!

  • Integrated housing management, door access control, and ID card system software
  • Simplified database population
  • Simultaneous privilege management
  • Data shared between security and student services
