Implementation Associate
Provide systems training and implementation support for foodservice management systems. Extensive travel in US and Canada required (80%). Flexibility and ability to work independently a must. Experience in training/implementation systems or project planning an asset. Excellent communication skills necessary. Onsite foodservice or clinical nutrition background a plus. Relocation to Ithaca is not required.

Perform all aspects of Webfood implementations from site survey, information gathering, creating database, kiosk install, hardware and software install, and customer training. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from a college or university, or one or two years related expereince and/or training, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have experience in training others, working with Window-based systems, computer systems support/implementation, and account/client management.
Travel: 50% to 75% travel required
